A collection of crafts, paintings, lamps, postcards and other artistic works. All this exposure would be the solidarity exposition that has organized the Salem Evangelical Association of Sant Celoni collaborating with emsimision.

From September 26 to October 12, the works were exhibited at the Town Hall square of Sant Celoni, Can Ramis. After two years of requesting it, the local town council ceded free. The paintings, some of which are inspired by photographs provided by emsimision, were mostly plainted by two women, Paquita Pecharoman Mejias and Amparo. The remaining exposed crafts, all handmade, were created by other members of the church of Sant Celoni.

Samuel Penalva, pastor of the church, said it had been encouraging in three respects. One would be the fact of participating in a solidarity project with which they feel very identified. The second driver would be released to the public, explaining why they are doing that and why. The third and final motivation, according to Samuel Penalva, would be the participation of community members with what they do, their gifts. It is not the first time the church of Sant Celoni works with emsimision. According to Sara IbaƱez, one of the organizers of the exhibition, this time "we wanted to collaborate with emsimision in a different and original way".

All proceeds from the sale of the items will be fully allocated to projects in Burkina Faso. From emsimision, we thank the efforts and the work of all the people who have made this solidarity exhibition possible, and encourage others to cooperate with us in creative ways.
